Food & Beverage Processing
With considerable experience in the food industry, we have helped customers on numerous occasion with repairs and reverse engineering of parts, leading to minimal downtime and production losses. In addition to this we regularly work with national companies in development of vessels, pumping systems, conveyor systems, mixing equipment, research & development projects and more.
Pumps
We have a vast amount of experience with repair and re-manufacture of various pumps, seals and their damaged components. We’ve produced impellers, shafts, and bespoke nuts and spacers to tight tolerances for pumps/rotating equipment which has been put to use in sectors such as oil & gas, farming, marine, mod to name a few.
Automotive
Production has also taken us into the automotive industry, both for motorsport as well as conventional projects, varying from producing assemblies for F3 to custom rims for customers. Parts tailored for race cars have been produced rapidly to our customers specifications, in addition mechanical fault finding in motors and various mechanical devices is another forte of ours – providing cost effective solutions which manufacturers would not be able to match.

Often, energy suppliers such as the National Grid need emergency work done; this is where we have been advantageous to them to minimise downtime. We have also provided machined components for wind and solar industry.
